ChefsFeed

San Francisco, CA

ChefsFeed is a media company in San Francisco that develops web content for the local up-and-coming restaurant industry. Their offices, located in a converted 1920s brick industrial building, needed a new kitchen that could be used daily by staff, occasionally for special events, and for videotaping short cooking sessions and interviews with local chefs.

The project includes renovation of the existing “break room” into an “all-electric showcase”, featuring Miele induction appliances. The cabinets are faced with reclaimed wood from a Sonoma chicken farm, new adjustable lighting provides a variety of options for mood and setting, and wall graphics promote ChefsFeed as part of the site’s video sessions. The original brick of the industrial building still shines through.
