Located near Lake Merritt in downtown Oakland, this mixed-use transit-oriented development provides 79 apartments and supportive services for low-income families, transitional foster youth, and for residents with physical disabilities.
A podium courtyard, community rooms and a shared kitchen provide tenants a variety of places to gather. The building incorporates safe, durable and resource conserving materials, as well as energy efficient systems, to maximize tenant well being, reduce monthly costs, and soften the building's impact on the environment.
